    There's always room for improvement, and sometimes that means leaving behind servers that have been with you for almost 6 years. This afternoon, I will be migrating the following services to a better-located and faster server, retiring Bugo and putting its successor, Zik, into service:

    No service interruptions are expected, but there is a possibility of degraded performance while the work is being carried out.

    I have detected that the current outage affecting access to the Socii platform is due to a compatibility issue that arose after a recent routine maintenance update.

    I have isolated the problem and am working on correcting the backend to restore normal service as soon as possible.

    Although the compatibility issue originated in the connection between the backend (PHP) and the database (MongoDB), no data loss has occurred.
