    I have detected that the current outage affecting access to the Socii platform is due to a compatibility issue that arose after a recent routine maintenance update.

    I have isolated the problem and am working on correcting the backend to restore normal service as soon as possible.

    Although the compatibility issue originated in the connection between the backend (PHP) and the database (MongoDB), no data loss has occurred.
